Gordon Plaza Memorial Park remediates and transforms a designated EPA New Orleans brownfield site into a park that pays homage to the site's history throughout the 20th century history. The site was formerly a toxic landfill that had a neighborhood built on top of it where many residents were exposed to higher levels of contaminants and toxins. This design was completed by Erik Culp, SuJing May, Russell Silvis, and myself.
